Comments:
The proposed changes in the way the employees wages, bidding rights and layoffs are handled at Rock Island Arsenal are a terrible violation of the democratic system that the Bush Administration so much loves to tout to the world. I don't want my government to treat it's employees in that manner. It's a horribly wrong way to do it!
