Comments on the Human Resources Section (Pay-for-Performance) Senator Carl Levin and other Senators are right! Based on the same performance, DoD gave SES political appointees a 2.5% pay raise while giving career SES only a 2.0% pay raise! Now, you want employees to trust you on being fair on pay-for-performance?
