Comments:
I am greatly concerned about the proposed changes to the current work rules in the Department of Defense (DoD). The proposed regulations, National Security Personnel System (NSPS), printed in the Federal Register on February 14, 2005 are unfair to civilian employees. I feel very strongly that this new proposed system will lower the morale of employees. One of my greatest concerns is whether or not we will be getting Cost of Living Increases yearly as we have in the past? A Cost of Living Increase is a necessary thing for all working individuals and is certainly well deserved for all of us who are supporting our troops and out country. I am strongly opposed to any change in the current General Schedule and think all of the comments made by federal workers worldwide should be taken into consideration.
