Comments:
Pay and increase of grade level. If our pay adn grade must be manipulated that how it currently is, we need to have all other government employesss--Mr. Rumsfeld and all other high ranking public servants who we elected in the offices--should have their pay dn grade must be manipulated first. We elected them to their offices, and what do they want to do to us? NO TO ALL WHAT MR. RUMSFELD IS SUGGESING TO CHANGE!!! I joined Civil Svs because I want to be a civilian and wanted to serve this country. I would started as a slodier if I wanted to be a deployable status. Has Mr. Rumsfeld ever thought about the country as a whole? Does he want to make this country a communism country by turning all the civilian to soldier status? We didn't put him in the high office to mess with our lives and stability of family life. Especially now, we must try to keep some kind of stability at home somehow. I think Mr. Rumsfeld has put us through enough mud already. We have suffered enough under his leadership!!. NO TO ALL HIS SUGGESTIONS.
