No EEO complaints, no OSHA issues, no Union problems, no sexual harassment issues, the ability to force out employees who don't lock-step to every whim of management without worry about MSPB, AND first crack at the pay raise/bonus money... What more could managers and executives ask for. NSPS, with its heavy-handed management rules will destroy the current Civil Service system, which will fit nicely within the emerging Gestapo mentality of current Homeland Security policies and parctices.
