Classification - Subpart B Table 1 - Sample Classification Structure -- Having been in supervison and worked on several classification actions in past years, the table with it's over-simplification and lumping of careers demonstrates that inadequate attention to detail, and incomplete information are being given to even allow for proper comments by the workforce. (As in the table, would a nuclear scientist working on a top secrete weapons system be in the same simple choice of bands as a biologist working on natural resource managment on a preserve in a base?) There needs to be much more detail and a reworking of these proposals and republishing and another comment prior to progressing with this program.
