I need to say that I LOVE working for the gov't. It is hard to top but... # 1: I agree that some changes must be made but I think they need to start with supervisors not doing their jobs. For example, there are ALOT of employees that have worked for the gov't and have not received appraisals. I know for a fact that these things are inspected. How are they getting away with this? #2: CPAC, CPOC...whatever we are calling this needs the biggest overhall of them all. They are in alot of cases unhelpful (by choice) and completely useless when it come to getting information out to people. THEY ALONE are the reason why we cannot hire people quickly. If they are unhappy, they should leave!
