Comments:
Public Law 108-136(National Security Personnel System) gives too much authority to the supervisor and increase the opportunity for the system to be abused. there is already enough inequality and system abuse with the system as it is. Why create an opportunity for more? This system also eliminate the Union power to bargin. The purpose of the Union is to protect the legal rights of the employees. We need for the Union to have not only input but a mean to even the ground for barging power and protection of our employees. The rights of the employees are so limited already. Will you take the existing rights away? There have to be a better system than the one that you're offering. We need to continue to develope it, one that would be more suitable for all concerned.
