Comments:
In 9901.322 Setting and adjusting rate changes. "availability of funds"...I know that would have to do with war time and maybe economic times. That disturbs me in thinking that this could affect my lowering in pay over a period of time. I would like to keep a pay which is steady with the economic times. It's all ready enough that there are people out there who think that military members make a substantial amount of money. One in which I am a dependent of.
