9901.211 * * * No career group will restrict any position(s) to personnel of any particular military service, component or branch. All career groups will be open to all eligibile applicants. Membership in any US Forces element will never be an eligibility criteria to obtain or hold any NSPS position. The mandatory utilization of so-called "Dual Status Military Technicians" is detremental to any NSPS program as the members of the services may be called to duty for an extended period of time and thereby leave a void in the workforce.
