Comments:
NSPS is a slap in the face to all DoD personell. The proposed regulation puts too much power in the hands of supervisors. To have a persons career and livelyhood at the whim of supervision is a giant step backwards in insuring a motivated and competent workforce. The thought that decades of dedicated service by employees can be dismissed without recourse scares me. Passing this legislation will alienate current employees and make recruiting cablable people to replace outgoing personell next to impossible. The security of our country and the capability of our fighting forces is at stake here. Do not compromise these by passing this legislation.
