Implement the NSPS IF you want to effectively end independent thinking & whistle-blowing in our federal workforce; IF you want to turn workers into submissive mindless bootlickers; IF you want wide-spread corruption with no rights for employees. Mr. Rumsfeld told Congress he believes current rules have hindered the department’s ability to recruit talented employees! HELLO...who does he think has been providing outstanding support to the warfighters in the field? Thanx for your support Donnie! Mr. Rumsfeld told Congress that managers often turn to private contractors to perform tasks! HELLO...who pushed for more use of contractors in the first place? The NSPS as currently proposed is a bad idea & should not be implemented.
