Comments:
I have given my government 28 yrs of service,in the military and as a civilian.When i was hired as a civilian,i signed a contract and i have kept my end of the agreement.It angers me that the DOD can propose such drastic changes to the conditions that i agreed to when i was hired. The NSPS proposed rules are nothing but scary.I am totaly opposed to this new system.If my years of service mean so little to the DOD please give us, that are close to retirement a way to retire early and make room for skilled,talented and motivated people you think this new system will attract.
