Performance Management - Subpart D Performance & behavior Accountability -- 1) I support including conduct and behavior affecting performance outcomes as an aspect of employee's performance. 2) There is inadequate information given to explain the "extensive training" on the the new system especially for managers. Preliminary information being rumored is that this will a 2 day training. That is not extensive, especially for such a dramatic and important change. There should be detail, timeframes, suggested topics and outlines provided so that adequate comment can be given to properly evaluate this section. This does not demonstrate a commitment to adequately training employees, supervisors, and managers.
