docket# NSPS 2005-001, (RIN) 3206-AK76/0790-ah82 I believe the proposed change to the pay classification will undermine national security by reducing morale and fostering an enviorment of mistrust. Forget team work, it will be every man for himself, instead of working as a team at the RIA manufacturing center, and providing the war fighter with a quality product, delivered on time. I feel this proposal might also have a negative impact on hiring new employees. Please reconsider this proposal.
