Comments:
Despite having spent time in an NSPS awareness seminar I am clueless as to the specifics of NSPS. I also will comment that in spite of the hoopla about Career Program opportunities, current hiring regulations do not allow adequate recognition or advancement for individuals who have the aptitude and skills to broaden their horizons by crossing over their skills into alternative career tracks. I hope that NSPS will help in that regard.
