I am not sure what is going on here, but I seem to be unable to find the new and improved employee system, but I can only find some general ideas and good feeling words. What I do find is a need for a lawyer to tell me what its true meaning is. But I guess that was, (when I see things written like this) the purpose of this so called review. Make it hard as posbile to understand hoping that the common person just shuts up, (which I have heard meaning are say). I am resonably short in time with COE, I feel sorry for the long timers, their future is unknown. Therefore, I have no comments on the actural plan!
