I don't agree with what they are trying to do, because you have so much favortism in the work place. People that are good friends with the supervisers always get the good appraisals now. They are trying to take away our freedom for voicing our opinions. No greivences maybe, but definitely more EEO'S. You have some people in the same shops that have a much easier workload, so you shouldn't be able to compare to everyone else who does something much harder in their job.
