I think this new nsps system gives to much power to managment and no real benifit to the employes on the floor. I think that to take away vets pref and time for servace is a big mistake. I think managment will abuse the new pay system for thier own benifit , not to be fare with the distribution of the allocated funds . this also takes away from job security that is not agood feeling. It also seems that that the system will do away with 3rd party representation. all issues will be delt with by managment this is not fair either.
