IN MY OPINION THE NATIONAL SECURITY PERSONNEL SYSTEM (NSPS) IS UNFAIR AND UNJUST BECAUSE IT SEEMS TO ME THAT I'M IN A TIME WARP WITH VISIONS OF DEJAVU OF THE NIXON AND REGAN ADMINISTRATIONS, WHERE THEY ALSO TRY TO IMPLEMENT MANAGEMENT BY OBJECTIVES/RESULTS AND WHERE QUOTAS, PRODUCTION MANDATES WERE THE STANDER WHICH LEAD FOR LABOR/MANAGEMENT DISAGREEMENTS WHICH ENDED UP IN CHAOS AND UNION GREVINANCES BY BOTH THE GS AND THE WG GRADES. IF HISTORY HAS TAUGH US ANYTHING IS THAT YOU CAN'T FOOL VETERANTS LIKE US BY TRYING TO SELL US THE SAME OLD WINE WITH DIFFERANCE LABLES.
