It seems more detail is needed for the conversion process. There is nothing spelled out on how this will be accomplished. I'm concerned because I have a step increase scheduled for February but if we roll over in January and then I have to wait until October to get my raise then it would be almost 3 years before I get a raise instead of the original 2 years. People 2 months ahead of me will get their raise then another in October basically putting them way ahead of me. Thanks
