I feel that if DOD Civilians are being regulated by the new NSPS then so should the members of Congress. If this were the case we wouldn't see them passing all these bills that are conveniently hidden in other bills so that the public is decepted and congress can pass them. Let's hold Congress and Legislatures to the same programs that civil service employees are and see how quick they shoot down this ridiculous act being implemented by our Secretary of Defense. Let's make him part of the NSPS and see how well he adapts as well.
