Comments:

This NSPS is an insult to the federal employees in the department of defense. The employee unions did nothing to harm this nation’s security. The employees did nothing to harm this nation’s security. There is no logical reason for this change except to open the doors of the department of defense for contractors, which is a political move for certain political appointees and politicians to help the big companies that put their party in office, absolutely political. These rules in the NSPS for RIF will make it easier to get rid of the employees that are currently protected because of their veterans status, seniority and many years of service. I am against the NSPS pay banding, NSPS pay for performance, NSPS RIF rules, NSPS classification rules, NSPS Performance Management rules, NSPS adverse actions and appeals, NSPS taking away the title 5 protections for the employees and their representatives. I am asking that the NSPS be repealed until a fair personnel system can be developed with the proper corroboration of the employee unions as congress intended.
