SUBPART C PAY AND PAY ADMIN- PERFORMANCE PAYOUTS. I DISAGREE WITH THIS OUTLOOK. SOME JOBS ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAT OTHERS AND SO MAY RECIEVE MORE BONUS MONEY. NO WAY. EVERYONE'S JOB IS IMPORTANT FROM CUTTING GRASS, TO WATCHING CHILDREN TO RUNNING TEST CENTERS AND TO SAY THAT DOD WILL DECIDE WHO GETS WHAT MONEY FOR WHICH PAYOUT POOLS IS BASIS. TO SAY THAT SUPERVISORS CAN DECIDE HOW MANY SHARES AN EMPLOYEE GETS WILL NOT BE FAIR. SUPERVISORS ARE NOT IMPARTIAL AND FAVORITES WILL RECIEVE MORE SHARES. NO WAY TO CHALLENGE A RATING. WHAT IF THE SUPERVISOR DOESN'T LIKE YOU? OH WELL OUT OF LUCK! I DON'T THINK SO. STAFFING AND EMPLOYMENT- NO CRITERIA FOR HOW LONG YOUR PROBATION IS. DO THEY TELL YOU UP FRONT IT WILL BE 2 YEARS, 3 YEARS? OR IS IT AFTER SERVING ONE YEAR AND THEY DECIDE THEY WANT SOMEONE ELSE OR SORRY PROBABTION PERIOD EXTENDED AND WE DON'T WANT YOU ANYMORE. SUBPART G ADVERSE ACTION- WE MAY OR MAY NOT BE ALLOWED REPRESENTATIVE BECAUSE IT MAY HAVE A CONFLICT OF INTEREST OR DUTIES CAN NOT BE INTERRUPTED. AND LESS TIME TO REBUTT THE ADVERSE ACTION. DOES NOT HELP THE EMPLOYEE. LETS THE GOVERNMENT BOOT US OUT FASTER WITH LESS NOTICE TO EMPLOYEE. SUBPART H APPEALS SLAM, SLAP, GOOD-BYE, WHAT APPEALS! SUBPART I UNION UNION????? WHAT UNION???? LOOKS LIKE NO SUCH THING AND IF THE MANAGERS DO ASK, THEY DON'T HAVE TO DO IT OR ENFORCE IT. BOTTOM LINE- THIS AGREEMENT IS ALL FOR MANAGEMENT AND NOTHING FOR EMPLOYEES. WE WILL BE UNDER THE WIMS OF SUPERVISIORS AND SO SORRY IF YOU DISAGREE OR GET ON THE WRONG SIDE OF YOUR BOSS. I FEEL WITH THIS NEW SYSTEM THERE WILL BE MORE DISACCORD AND UNDERHAND BACK STABBING TO GET AHEAD WITHIN THE WORKFORCE THAT THE JOBS WILL NOT GET DONE. I THINK THIS SYSTEM WILL CAUSE THE WORK FORCE TO BE UNDER CONSTANCE PRESSURE AND THERE WILL BE MORE VIOLENCE IN THE WORKPLACE. UNDER THIS NSPS SYSTEM THE 24 YEARS I HAVE WORKED FOR THE GOVERNMENT IS FOR NOTHING.
