I agree that there are some problems with the current personell system. What amazes me is that instead of fixing the problems with the current system, you change the system. No system will work if the supervisors are not properly trained. Current supervisors are currently not trained to supervise civilians because they choose not to learn. The new system will not change that. Final comment: If i wished a career that included a nonguarenteed work schedule and deployment, I would have joined the military. At least they receive housing, clothing, and food allowance PLUS guarenteed raises ever 2 year and a COLA every year.
