Classification: The classifications should stay the same. Pay and Pay Administration: The Pay and Pay Administration is doing an all right job, but there is always room for more improvement. Performance Management: This system will eventually with time become a good ole boy system. Staffing and Employment: Staffing and Employment could have some help, but lets not excuse the whole system for a new system that we are unsure of its benefits. Workforce Shaping: The person involved should have same say in what is going to happen to him or her. Adverse Actions: Adverse Actions should have as much representation as possible. Appeals: If an action goes in front of an appeals board then their decision should be final. Labor/Management Relations: An employee should always be able to take an action to a higher authority with a non bias opinion. This bill will drive a wedge between the employees and the managers that may never be fixed.
