This is ridiculous, the myths and facts sheetis truly fiction. Again I say when soldiers, airman, marines and sailors no longer get annual pay raises and every 2 yr longevity pay raises, you can take those benefites from me a civilian now after serving 22 yrs in the US Army. I can tell you now from being a civilian and with GWOT going on that you are having many more junior NCO's/Officers put in leadership positions who are very inexperienced and my pay will rest in their inexperienced hands, that too is ridiculous. And with the budgetary constraints due to GWOT no one can assure me that my pay me be decreased not due to my lack of performance, but due to budget decriments caused by GWOT and enforced by my commander.
