I have reviewed the information giving about NSPS. I have chosen not to summit my indenty. My concern is that Phycially Challenged Employees Will be subjected to unfairness and Adverse situations For Example Many Manangers would Always favor more able bodied this is still going on at the present system.I feel that this group of employees can be suppressed to the point that they can be fired due to lack of good performance. Gov`t Supervisors usually lack proper training and character. to fairly make good judgement and work with people they deem a problem. I speak for the good workers that put years and hard work and dedication to their country. only to have their jobs terminated due to health problem caused by age and lack of respect by Supervisor and leaders..these same employees would lose their pension they strive to build up for retirement.I Had some real good supervisors and some real bad(leaders fall into same principle) The bad have hinder my ability to maximize my ability to better myself.I feel that NSPS would give incompenet corrupt Supervisor the power to do anything they want.
