9901.361: It appears that with this stroke of the pen the Secretary of Defense has the ability to eliminate overtime pay, compensatory time, hazardous duty pay and other speciality pays. While many of these specialty pays do not impact me, for the first time in my career I am getting paid my base pay for overtime instead of working for 2/3 of my base. This appears to put gains that have taken many years to occur at an immediate risk.
