5 CFR Chapter XCIX and Part 9901 Subpart B Classification 9901.201 (b) DOD will issue implementing issuances prescribing policies and procedures for converting DOD employees to a pay band upon initial implemention of the NSPS classification system. Such procedures will include provisions for converting an employee who is retaining a grade under 5 USC CH 53 subchapter VI. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO COMMENT ON THIS SINCE DOD HAS NOT YET ISSUED 'IMPLEMENTING ISSUANCES' PRESCRIBING THESE POLICIES. PLEASE ISSUE THE ISSUANCES SO WE KNOW WHAT THEY ARE!!!
