section 1125. Instead of pay for performance system. Don't you mean pay for suck ass award. or kiss up. We have two people in our shop that are the biggest suck asses, they have received all kinds of awards, and when you set back and look at what they have done, it is not very much, they have done a lot of work sucking up and very little that helped the shop or the government. The boss is really happy though. With all the donnuts and snack food, and the new music programs that have been installed on his computers at work and at home.
