Comments:
I am totally opposed to the entire National Security Personnel System (NSPS) as proposed. The purpose of the Civil Service system is to ensure an unbiased and impartial government workforce. NSPS would infringe on this goal. I have no desire to have my career totally controlled by presidential appointees in Washington DC.
