Hiring Flexibilities -- I currently work for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and I feel this flexibilities will allow more spouses, siblings and offsprings to be hired and I am currently seeing an extremely large amount of that occuring now with the present guidelines. I think with the new guidelines agencies will be free to hire whomever they choose and more than not it will be family members of employees they deem on the inside track, which is usually Caucasian. Performance Management -- I'm afraid the managers will only give the higher performance and upgrades to the people they like based mainly on who kisses up the best. Where I currently work several managers have been involved in affairs with female subordinates and they seem to move up faster than most. With these new guidelines it could only get worse and it's hard to prove these affairs are the reason for the promotions now it will be even harder with the decision being left up to supervisors or managers. Keep it the way it is because it will only go from bad to worse.
