Subpart B Classification The employees won't have any ability to have their classifications reviewed. They could be placed in lower paybands if their jobs are classified lower than they are now. It's highly unlikely they would be placed in a higher classification than what they are now. the lower claffied employees will not be able to have their position classifications reviewed. But the sections dealing with classification of posiotions above GS 15 are not waived. So the SESers will not be subject to what the rest of the workforce has to experience. Again there is a distinct caste system that favors the inner circle.
