1. More specific information needs to be provided on how DoD is going to accomplish these things and how they really work. So far all that's been provided is notice that changes are going to be made and propaganda on how good it's going to be but no specific infomation has been provided on the changes themselves. For example, pay bands, no specific information has been provided because the pay bands haven't even been created yet; how can we review and comment on pay bands when there are no pay bands to review. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to review them once they are created and before they are finalized. 2. In my opinion 30 days too short of time to read, absorb, and comment on all this information. I'm sure 30 days is the minimum required by law. Keep in mind that we also have our jobs to do. It's difficult ro carve out the necessary time to go through all this information and still be full performers on our respective jobs. Certainly all this information should be read during work hours. What's the recommendation on how we are to read all this information and perform our jobs?
