Comments:

One US senator recalled a camaraderie between the two groups during our involvement in a prior war efffort. I do not believe that a riff has developed between the groups during that period until now. Implementing proposals to implement procedures that tend to distance the groups would occur once certain new guidelines are in place. The Performance Rating System currently in place allows supervisors to rate the employee's performance based on criteria. And, as I undeerstand, the supervisor can lower a rating if performance is not in compliance with minimal standards. Why fix if already there? Allowing a supervisor to counsel a employee on job performance without putting comments in written record does not lend to consistency. If a employee is not performing up to standard, That supersor does not have to rate that employee to the level that a "Step Promotion" would be automatic. Thank you for your kind consideration.
