I truly hope that my comments will be the winning comments!!! This has got to be the most rediculous and beaurocratic system on the face of this planet! Anyone/everyone, especially non Americans, will tell you that you have been brainwashed by the government if you vote "yes" to the changes. If the new system is truly democratic, it should be voted by the employees under which the new system will govern!!! I can tell you, in God's name, that most people will vote "no" to the changes. This is joke!! It is about the a special interest group wanting to make a statement about the mighty U.S. mililary fighting all the bad guys out there. Good luck if you have no military background!!! How sweet is war!!!!!!!
