Comments:
I feel that we need to be briefed on this subject. How can we comment if we have not been briefed. My biggest concern is no pay increase my bills go up and my pay does not. Also this will give management the perfect edge to give awards and money to pets and the people who do the job get nothing. This is already happening without this program being inforced. I have worked on two major projects and the people with me got promotions and I am still waiting. I feel this will be unfair to the average Joe, at least the way that employees are interperting it.
