My problem with the proposed system is that exact pay bands/series within have not been identified. This leaves one to wonder what exactly is going on. It almost feels as if we are all being asked to stand on top of a rug that will be pulled out from under our feet as soon as we are signed on. One thing is for certain, you are in big trouble if you have a supervisor who does not like you as they have way too many rights. Information thus far has been far too vague. Its time for specifics and then a fair amount of time to evaluate.
