Dear NSPS, Your proposed regulations are evil and I hope they are never implemented. We are civil servants who chose to give up private sector jobs to serve our country. And now you are giving us the shaft. I will organize an effort to vote out all those congressmen who were involved in this crime against DoD workers. We need cost of living annual increases and regular incentives to do work and to know we are appreciated. thx Richard
