I am not so sure about this new pay system. It looks to me to be like a pay system that I know about in the civilian sector. The system that I speak of has not been at all fare to the employees. Favoritism seems to always be well and alive which always seems to leave the hardest and most conscious individuals left out. I strongly feel that this all will turn out to be one of the biggest mistakes that have been made in years. Why fix something that is not broken?
