This is a case of unfair practices being forced on the many by the priviliged few. What makes them think this will work better than our present system? It wont because when promotions and pay raises are determined by supervisors, fraternization, favoritism and cronyism run rampant and fairness is thrown out the window. It hasn't worked in the private sector. Look at how many jobs have been lost. If this new personnel system is instituted it will create a mess that will take years to recover from. I would not have voted for it had I been given the choice. Put it to a vote and see what you workers say about it.
