According to the facts and myths response which has been published to the comments already submitted, it sounds like there is no real problem with the proposed new NSPS. If this is so, then why are we changing systems? This new proposed system does not help the DOD worker, rather it hurts him in many ways. We do not work for an individual superviors, we work for DOD, and that is why there should not be absoulute power given to one person. There should be a set of rules as is in the current system to protect the DOD Worker against a disgruntled supervisior who changes with the wind. As far as this proposed system having anything to do with National Securiy, I beg to differ. The way to start with National Security is to shut down our borders and deport all the illegial aliens. Most DOD Personnel are dedicated and hard working and serve and support our Nation but with this new propsosed NSPS system, you can forget about hiring new people as they will think twice before they step in hole and the old DOD Personnel will leave as soon as they can. Leave well enough alone, keep our current system and scrap this so called better mouse trap that want work.
