9901.333 Setting and adjusting local market supplements. There already exists a fair system (the existing locality schedule) which establishes a local market supplement. It seems that DOD should spend it resoures on other items rather than duplicating an already existing and fair system. This section should be re-written to incorporate and utilize the existing locality schedule for GS workers.
