Comments:
I do not agree with the changes. I feel it will cause team problems by pitting co workers against each other. I see no benefits to this proposal. My concern is team cooperation and dedication to being an government employee, this will go away when you make employees compete against each other, there will be brown nosing to supervisors and back stabbing co-workers. I do not feel employees affected have been sufficiently told how this will effect them. I have dedicated 31 years to the government, I am a dedicated hard working employee and this will only make me not proud to be a government employee. When is the training scheduled to inform us of what is happening and how we can adjust.
