I would just like to state that it is to soon to close the period for comments to to the simple fact that there has not been enough information given out about the new system. From the little bit of information that has been given, I find that this new system is not going to accomplish what it is being set out to do. I am am a younger employee and do believe that I will look for employeement else were do to the reckless implemtation. If this is an indcation of what the new system will bring Civil service will no longer exist with in 10-15 years.
