Response toNSPS System Preformance based system, this has been tried in past and did not work. Unions, there is no respect for Unions now, with new system it will be worse. streaminglining the Process, Speeding up the process, These are both very bad for all Employees.RIF. Preformance ahead of length of service, This is the worse Ideal Yet,Our Gov. wants us to be a team, work hard, and if a RIF happens , get canned because the boss likes someone else better.This is a disgrase to employees. DOD is using homeland security as an excuse to do away with a good System that protects employees. This system will not. I cannot believe a working American helped to produce a system as bad as this, And be foolish enough to believe it will work. I have worked for the Gov. 34 years and this is the worse puttogether system I have ever seen .If this system is used we will be going backwards 50 years in employees gights, We need More Union talks, and Employee imput with NPSP system , not just certain comittee's, Please use working class employees ideals, you could learn alot if you were really sincere about wanting an Opinion, Thank you, Richard F.
