9901.343 Pay reductin based on unacceptable performance and conduct. The annual reduction of 10% is excessive and unfair. A fair system would be a 0-1% reduction the first year, and a 2% reduction for each following year. This 10% reduction with only one year of performance is unfair, and would seem to encourage favortism over good long term performance and would be adverse to the workers.
