9901.605 Competitive Area -- The competitive area as redefined is unfair and would exclude employees from exercising rights that they have earned. The areas should not be re-defined from the current rules. These new rules would make it possible to target individuals or small groups unfairly when similar jobs with others in the same types of jobs could be excluded. These run counter to fair and equitable RIFs.
