Do NOT implement these proposals . They will destroy what our predecessors have works so hard for . The proposed system is very unfair for the worker . It makes your supervisor a god controlling your career . If he likes you ; your ok , if he dislikes you (personallity conflict ,etc.) he can ruin your career . The present system is because of these abuses of power !
